  • 1. General Provisions

    1.1. This privacy policy on the processing of personal data and consent to the processing of personal data applies to all registered users of the online store www.evaday.lt (hereinafter - Store) and potential buyers (hereinafter - Customer) who visit our website.
    1.2. In relation to the processing of the Customer's personal data in the Store, this message provides information about the processing of their personal data and the assurance provided, based on the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Personal Data Protection Law.
    1.3. When you first visit our website, we will ask you to confirm that you agree to the use of cookies under the conditions set out in this message.
     
    2. Processing of Personal Data

    2.1. By registering on the website www.evaday.lt and creating a personal account and confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy, you grant the right to process personal data.
    2.2. The Seller processes the following categories of personal data for the following purposes:
    2.2.1. Customer registration and identification in the Store: name, surname, phone number, email, and password, as well as Customer identification and profile data obtained from third parties (e.g., from "Facebook, Inc.", "Google LLC" and similar individuals), depending on the Customer's choice;
    2.2.2. When purchasing and delivering goods ordered in the Store: residential and/or residence address, contact information, name and surname, information about payment methods, payment for goods options, and similar financial information;
    2.2.3. For the purposes of processing the Customer's order: issuing invoices, order history, payment information, delivery information, other contractual obligations.
    2.3. The Seller follows these basic principles of processing personal data:
    2.3.1. Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
    2.3.2. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes;
    2.3.3. Personal data is accurate and, if necessary, updated;
    2.3.4. Personal data is stored no longer than allowed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
    2.3.5. All information about processed personal data is confidential.

    3. Data Protection Rights


    3.1. The Customer has the right to request the Seller to provide access to their personal data, correct them if they are inaccurate, update them, or, if there is no basis for processing this data, request their deletion.
    3.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data in cases where the processing of personal data is based on their consent. To withdraw consent, the Customer can contact the Seller at the contact information provided in the Store's "Contacts" section. Regarding the withdrawal of consent, including consent to use cookies, the Seller has the right to limit the functionality and scope of its services and may not be able to provide the Customer with relevant services if, due to the withdrawal of consent, the Seller does not have the personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or the implementation of corresponding functions.
    3.3. If the Customer believes that their rights have been violated, they also have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

    4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties


    4.1. The Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties if required by applicable laws and regulations.
    4.2. In accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    4.3. The Customer's personal data may also be transferred to Controllers related to orders placed in the online store, e.g., couriers, other postal and delivery service providers, financial service providers.

    5. Registration Submission Rules


    5.1. When registering, the Customer must provide accurate, detailed, and correct information for fast, quality service. If the Customer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading information in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel the registration, delete data, or restrict the Customer's ability to use the Store.

    6. Processing of Personal Data and Cookies


    6.1. A cookie is a small file that is necessary to obtain consent and is stored on the computer's hard drive. Cookies do not allow the website to remember any personal Customer information (such as name or address) that the Customer may forget to encrypt. Cookies can always be refused and disabled, but then some website features may not work. When using a cookie on the website, information about the visit is remembered, such as the preferred language and other settings. Therefore, the next visit may be simpler, and the website may be more useful.
    6.2. The Seller uses cookie information data only for statistical analysis: website visit statistics, improvement, and meeting Customer needs. The used information is removed from the system.
    6.3. In no way does the cookie give the Seller access to the Customer's computer. The Customer has the option to accept or reject cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but usually, cookies can be rejected by changing browser settings.
    6.4. The websites www.evaday.lt and www.evadaytextile.com may have links to other websites in the Store. If the Customer uses these links, the Seller does not control other websites and is not responsible for their operating conditions. For this reason, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the security and privacy of any information the Customer provides when visiting such websites. The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the confidentiality and privacy rules of the relevant website.

    7. Marketing Messages


    7.1. With the Customer's permission, we will send marketing messages by email or SMS to inform you of our news, let you get acquainted with our products, find them, and make a purchase.
    7.2. The Customer can opt-out of marketing messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by making a request via email to info@evaday.lt.

    8. Validity and Changes to the Privacy Policy


    8.1. The privacy policy has been in effect since May 25, 2018. It may be changed based on changes in laws and the Seller's activities, with information available on the website.
    8.2. Further use of our website services implies compliance with these rules. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
